B.E.S.T. Outreach Program - Cool Down Yoga is on WEDNESDAYS at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall at Happy Acres at the Bayou

Cool Down Yoga is geared towards Beginners to Intermediate Yogi Students who want to get in touch with their bodies! This Yoga class is not like a "regular" one where you have to keep up with the teacher!

Taught by De Lisa Cook-Van Dyke: Licensed Massage Therapist (17096) of 14+ Years with 3 years of education in Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology, Yoga Teacher for 8+ Years, & Thai Energy Bodyworker for 11+ years

What happens in class?

•Slow, Gentle, Mindful Movements into each Pose

•Self Massage Techniques to ease connective tissues into deeper Poses

•Moving at Your Own Pace, with your Own Breath

•Essential Oils for balancing & opening

•Qi Gong Tai Chi Shabashi (traditional flow with breath work)

What do you need to bring?

•Yoga Mat

•Blocks

•Blanket

What if you don't have any of those? That's totally okay! We have plenty to share with you!
