The UFO GLOWship is a one-night-only, 21+ blacklight dance experience during UFO Fest weekend.

Behind every great night is a calm, reliable crew.

We’re assembling a small team to help make this event run smoothly and professionally.

The UFO GLOWship is a high-energy blacklight nightclub experience hosted by Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy (501c3) at Happy Acres at The Bayou.

We are expecting 150–200 attendees.

This is not a casual party — it is a structured event with defined roles, professional flow, and intentional energy.

GLOWship STAFF members help create the atmosphere that allows guests to relax and enjoy the experience.

ID verification, ticket scanning, wristband distribution.

Priority boarding check-in and badge distribution.

Visible presence inside the venue. Assisting guests and maintaining smooth flow.

Directing vehicles and managing entry flow before doors close.

Pre-event preparation and post-event reset.

You do not need prior nightclub experience — but reliability and professionalism are required.

Setup Crew: 7:00 PM
Doors Crew: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Event Support: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Breakdown: 12:00 AM – 1:30 AM

You may apply for one or multiple shift windows.

Final assignments will be sent prior to the event.

All GLOWship STAFF members must:

• Be 21+
• Arrive on time
• Follow leadership direction
• Maintain a calm, professional presence
• Represent Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy respectfully

This is a 21+ event. Staff are not permitted to consume alcohol while actively on shift.

Professionalism protects the vibe.

GLOWship STAFF receive:

• Event access

• Drink ticket (if applicable)
• Early access to future events
• Priority consideration for future productions

This is a mission role — not just free entry.
