- all while using roller skates as a grounding, strengthening prop.

No standing skating required.
Most of this practice is done seated, on the mat, or low to the ground — making it supportive, safe, and deeply nourishing.

Yoga Mat
Foam Roller (soft density recommended, but use what you have!)
Pillow or Bolster
• Blanket / Weighed Blanket
Yoga Blocks or a Strap (or use books + a scarf)

Fun Add-Ons for Certain Classes

These are totally optional, but they bring extra joy, play, and strength conditioning into our Roll & Flow journey:

• ⭐ Dumbbells or Ankle/Wrist Weights — light is perfect (2–5 lbs)
• ⭐ Roller Skates! (Yes… roller skates! Because life gets to be playful and embodied and FUN!)

With my background in Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology, I designed these classes to be safe, nurturing, joint-friendly, and deeply supportive. But more than anything, they are filled with warmth, encouragement, and community. Here, there is no “bouncing back” pressure. No comparison. No shame.

Just breathing. Rolling. Strengthening. Laughing. Healing.

Hi, I’m De Lisa - a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, Yoga Instructor since 2016, lifelong roller skater, and a woman who deeply understands what it feels like to carry a family, a household, a heart full of responsibilities… and still want something that feels like yours.

I grew up skating, taking lessons as a kid and falling in love with the freedom, laughter, and pure joy it brought. And like so many moms, life got busy. There were years where my skates gathered dust while I poured my energy into taking care of everyone else. Every time I returned to skating, I realized two things:

✨ My heart still needed that joy.
✨ And my body needed gentle rebuilding, compassion, and support.

So I created Roll & Flow Yoga — not as another “fitness program,” but as a healing space for mothers, women, and anyone who has lived through hard seasons and is ready to reconnect with their body again.
