Guided Meditation

You don’t have to empty your mind.

You don’t have to experience anything extraordinary.

Sometimes the practice is simply noticing that you are here.

You may listen. You may pray. You may sit quietly. You may all a verse to remain with you for a while.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Be present.

Stillness is a Practice

Our minds are constantly receiving something. Guided Meditation creates a gentle pause from that constant input.

Not to escape life, but to become present enough to notice it.

Notice the breath

Notice the body

Notice the thoughts

Notice what is heavy

Notice What Brings Gratitude

SCRIPTURE + REFLECTION

Meditation has deep biblical roots.

Throughout Scripture, meditation is connected with remembering, considering, reflecting, praying, and dwelling intentionally on the things of The Most High.

At Happy Acres, Guided Meditation may include opportunities to reflect on Scripture, gratitude, a question, a prayer, or simply the present moment.

You are welcome here, no matter your walk of life.

A Gathering May Include:

Quiet Reflection

Breath Awareness

Guided Relaxation

Affirmations + Scripture

Gratitude

Prayer when desired

Rest

Return Slowly

Sometimes movement leads us towards stillness. Guided Meditation provides intentional opportunities to slow the body, quiet distractions, become aware of the breath, and create space for reflection.

Happy Acres Ministry Experiences

Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy holds space for Sabbath rest, fellowship, reflection, prayer, hospitality, and renewal. These are the different ways we carry out ministry.

Located at 9670 SW Bayou Dr. McMinnville

Guided Meditation + Movement & Breath

Movement. Breath. Stewardship.

Sometimes stillness feels easier after we move.

Gentle stretching, accessible yoga-inspired movement, or simple breath practices can help transition the body away from the pace of everyday life.

A Movement + Breath gathering may flow naturally into Guided Meditation:

Move.
Breathe.
Settle.
Listen.
Rest.

Guided Meditation + CommuniTea

Tea. Conversation. Fellowship.

Begin with conversation around the table.

Share tea.

Slow down.

Then step away from talking for a while.

A CommuniTea + Guided Meditation experience can create a simple rhythm:

Gather together.

Become quiet together.

Guided Mediation + Sacred Sound

Sound. Stillness. Reflection.

Stillness can have a soundtrack.

Guided Meditation pairs naturally with Sacred Sound, where singing bowls and gentle vibration create another invitation to slow down and listen.

A combined experience may begin with breath and guided reflection, transition into sound, and eventually return to silence.

Online Guided Meditation

Learn. Reflect. Grow.

Stillness doesn't require being at Happy Acres.

Guided Meditation is also part of our Online Class Ministry, allowing people to participate from home, while traveling, or whenever they need a few intentional minutes of quiet.

Online practices may include:

Breath awareness • Guided relaxation • Scripture reflection • Gratitude practices • Stillness • Rest

Many Experiences. One Ministry.

Stillness. Reflection. Growth.

BREATHE IN. BREATHE OUT.

Stillness to notice.
Breath to return to.
Space to reflect.

There is room for quiet here.

A MINISTRY OF BREATHE EASY SPEAKTEASY

Guided Meditation is an expression of the religious, charitable, and educational ministry of Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy (B.E.S.T.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious ministry.

Through stillness, Scripture, breath awareness, reflection, prayer when welcomed, education, fellowship, and Sabbath rest, we create opportunities for people to step away from everyday demands and become present.

Guided Meditation is not medical or mental-health treatment and is not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any condition.

You don't have to believe exactly as we do to be welcomed by us.

Its purpose is much simpler:

Slow down. Notice. Breathe. Be present.

COME AS YOU ARE

You don't need experience. You don't need special clothing. You don't need to sit perfectly still. You don't need to belong to a particular denomination.

And you don't need to feel peaceful before you arrive.

Come distracted. Come tired. Come curious. Come carrying a lot.

Come because you simply need ten minutes where nobody is asking anything from you.

There is room for quiet here.
