This yoga class is taught by a Licensed Massage Therapist who is well trained in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology. De Lisa Van Dyke is well trained in the wonderful art of Thai Energy Bodywork and yoga postures.
If you’re looking for a Yoga Class that is geared towards self massage, stretch and strengthening those tired muscles after a long work week, please RVSP.
If you would like to bring your own props, you can:

Blocks
Blanket
Bolster
If you do not have all these props, please make sure you let De Lisa know before the class so she can setup for you.
