Our mission is to Hold Space for the Community to spiritually center in our private sector through application of biblical teachings; such as washing of the feet, laying of the hands, and blessed anointed oils. Our Non-Denominational Religious Outreach Programs in the Public Assembly Sector allows us to hold space for fellowship through the means of churches, educational purposes, cultural, charitable, philanthropic, youth centers, social halls, group camps, and recreational purposes. The Purpose of Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization is to Hold Space for our Community to Grow and Thrive!

We are Holding Space for ALL Citizens of Yamhill County Grow and Thrive! We do this in varies ways; through one on one self-care, community classes, religious fellowship, holding space for events for the IDD Community, CPR Education and Citizens of Yamill County, small businesses, teachers and students, etc.

We do not discriminate and give all walks of life a safe space to Grow!

Your donations go towards a collective community movement, whose goals are to cover operation costs, at the same time giving directly back to the community by Holding Space for them to Grow and Thrive in a Safe Environment.

Your donations are the fuel for our Nonprofit to have deep roots in our community. The Public Facility has been standing for over 100 years and has been in our possession since 2021. We have a dream, and we know our community needs this. A Beautiful Balance of Life and Fellowship; celebrating YOUR Milestones together! Happy Acres at The Bayou is the Outreach Public Assembly Location for Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy 501(c)3 NonProtfit Organization. This is our Public Sector, where The Community of Yamhill County are Able to Grow and Thrive!

Happy Acres Offers:

-Weekly Devotional Religious church activities

-Partner member use of Church Kitchen to supply local bakeries with their goods

-A Safe Space for our Community to Gather ; as a local or small business

Pre-2020; we were a Thriving LLC. Understanding the struggles of every day life in small business. Our Small Business downsided and made the switch to a 501(C)3 Nonprofit at the end of 2020, so we understand the high costs of small business operations. Our Newly established nonprofit's second location in 2021, lets us offer a lasting safe haven to our community; becoming our new ultimate goal! Sharing Happy Acres with other nonprofits and small businesses, allows them to have an affordable space to grow!

Being able to share Safe Touch in the Private Sector with Washing of the Feet and Laying of The Hands; was the way for us to practice biblical teachings in a real life scenario. Connecting with you, one on one is a way we care. We were blessed with Happy Acres at The Bayou at the end of 2021. Being able to have a Public Sector for our Outreach Programs, gives us an opportunity to connect with more locals on a larger scale. Holding Space for the Citizens of Yamhill County to Grow and Thrive is essential for the Longevity of Our Lives together!

Upgrades to our bathrooms, switch to more cost-effective LED lighting, and staying on pace to having this 100-year-old building looking its B.E.S.T. with the completion of the Storehouse to bring more fun and exciting classes and a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle.

Our facility has over 5,500 sq ft and operates out of 3 separate rooms able to accommodate 25-150 guests indoors and even more outdoor!

We have a large outdoor stage with covered seating areas plus an outdoor bathroom, perfect for weddings and sunny celebrations.

With affordable suggested donation pricing, you pick hours of use, and low-cost cleaning fees.
