We now offer Partner Membership Models to Non-Profit Organizations and Small Businesses are looking for space to serve the community.

We would love to offer Meeting Space, Workshops and Educational Classes to our community, with your own personal Tea Sommelier ready to serve.

Memberships for Local Needs:

30 Day Partner Membership - For Events: Birthdays, Quinceanera, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Family Reunions, Weddings, Non-Profit Organization Meetings/Trainings

Honesty Shop Partner Membership - For Local Small Businesses who need space for their Retail Products. Do you make Candles, Jewelry, Quilts or Art? Are you a small local MLM that has product and needs shelf space?

Ultimate Partner Membership - For Locals and Teachers - For those who work from home and just want to take their laptop somewhere quiet to get work done. Also for those who need a space to meet with your clients. Complete with a Tea Sommelier to educate you on the Gongfu Style of tea and you get to share tea during your meeting. If you would like to Teach at B.E.S.T. Happy Acres, we ask for you to be a member in order for us to hold space for your guests.

Corporate Partner Membership - For Business Owners that want to give back to their employee. This membership allows them to use B.E.S.T. Services at our Private Location and attend Free B.E.S.T. Classes at our Public Assembly Location.

Partnership Models:

Special Events: Your membership contribution can go towards the day of the event, or used as a Donation to the cause. Activating a 30 Day Membership allows you to bring your guests.

Honesty Shop: Do you make and/or sell products that make a huge difference in your life and want to share it with our Community? We have shelf space for you in our Honesty Shop.

Local Business Professionals: Who need a space to meet with your clients or anyone who works from home. Spend time with us Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. RSVP in Shared Work Space.

Teachers: Rent an hour, multiple hours in the week or a weekend Workshop a month to teach your classes at Happy Acres. Packages available for Movement Practice in Sanctuary 50’x25’ space.

Requirements: Must Carry General Liability Insurance

30 Day Partner Memberships for Parties and Special Events: Event Liability Insurance required for Weddings or Any Large Gatherings - Case by Case Scenarios

Teachers: For your safety and ours, we require a copy of your general liability insurance when signing the membership agreement for Teachers.

Commitments: Minimum 3 Months

Whether you would like to teach one class a month or one class a week: we would like for you to commit to your educational cause for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. If you would like to use the space for long-term agreements, please let us know in the message inquiry at the end of the page.

Happy Acres was home to many over the years; it was a chiropractic clinic, hospital, nursing home, childcare/daycare, school and church. Since it was built to be a safe place of healing and sealed with the fate of PAI Zoning; we are excited for the opportunity to grow this space into just that! We are honoring the history of this amazing property by Holding Space for our Community Members to Learn, Grow & Play!

At Breathe Easy SpeakTeasy, our mission is to provide holistic health and wellness care, which is safe, natural and clean for members only; for all ages, ethnicity, cultural and religious backgrounds with the intent of learning and growing in both a solitary and community practice through alternative health care practices. We are passionate about holding space and helping others lead healthier lives through self-care. We offer one on one work to our members and their guests.

Yellow - Honesty Store

Showcase your local goods and products in the Honesty Store - You will get a designated area to create your own display with your Bio and a cash/check collection box - This store is an opportunity sell your products without having your own Brick n’ Mortar - This is designed as a self-serve store. When you Pay it Forward, The Return is so Much Greater!

Blue - Kitchen

Do you need a space for your catering business or are you a Chef that has wanted to teach your gift to others? We have a space available for your needs - The Kitchen has a Display Bar for you to demo to the class and your students will be in the Green Zone to learn.

Purple - Children’s Classroom

Do you need a space to teach your Homeschoolers or do you have a fabulous bunch of Special Needs Students that need a safe space to learn & grow? This classroom is perfect for a class size of 3-12 Students. We are looking for Certified Early Childhood Teachers who have students that needs a space to teach.

Red - B.E.S.T. Public Space

This space is wonderful! It’s a Flex-space with room for people who work from home, but want to change up their atmosphere with a Tea Sommelier on hand to hydrate or make you a wonderful snack as you work through your day. The Common area has tables and chair on one side so you can bring your computer. The other side is open for Community classes to take place. Yoga, mediation, chi gong and many more classes can be offered in this space at any given time. So take a break, realign your body and go back at it with a clear mind. Any CPR & First Aid training classes can be taught in this space as well.

Green - Sources Conference Space

Do you need a large private space to host a training, workshop, event or meeting for your specific group in the community? This area can be closed off from the main space, which includes refreshments and use of the screen/projector.

Heart - Community Garden

Happy Acres is located on just under an acre of land. Why not take this opportunity to create a beautiful Community Garden. This garden will be designed with the Families of Yamhill County in mind. We would love to partner with local Non-profits and Farms in this county. You know the saying, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” We would love for farmers to Sponsor a box and be willing to take the time to educate the community. Our Community focus for each garden box will be connected with the Non-profit Families. We will encourage any Non-profits who work with families that want to learn how to garden but aren’t in the right home to do so, take this opportunity to grow their own veggies and fruits!
