Indoor Set-up: The Fellowship Hall will be to the Right when you first enter Happy Acres Building. All Vendors will be set-up in there. The Teahouse is to the Left of the Entrance: that is where Musicians can set-up for a nice chill tea time lounge feel.
Outdoor Set-up: The Front of the building expands over a hundred feet, that will be for the vendors for wonderful foot traffic flow. We will create a Food Truck Area near the Second Build.
YES!!! MLM/Direct Sales are allowed to setup shop! You are All Small Businesses and deserve a space like everyone else. No Duplicates in MLMs so please apply and if you don’t make this event, you could be on the list for the next Bazaar to showcase your stuff.
Musicians: Can’t wait to feel Your Vibes Again! It’s been too long! Bring Your friends and lets Celebrate this New Era together!
Food Trucks: Please read the Contracts carefully and ask any questions you may have. We can’t wait to create a little Food Truck Village for the event!
FOR ALL VENDORS: We need you to be prepared to Demo/Interact with your Guests/Shoppers! We are creating an EXPERIENCE, not just another market. Interaction is REQUIRED for even the food trucks! Our Bayou Neighbors will be setting up the their own Yard Sales. Let’s have Fun with this wonderful day out at the Bayou Golf Course & Neighborhood Oasis!
