What Is Roll & Flow Yoga?

No standing skating required.
Most of this practice is done seated, on the mat, or low to the ground — making it supportive, safe, and deeply nourishing.

Roll & Flow Yoga was designed for real people… living real life… who deserve to feel strong, supported, playful, and empowered in their bodies again.
