This yoga class is taught by a Licensed Massage Therapist who is well trained in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology. De Lisa Van Dyke is well trained in the wonderful art of Thai Energy Bodywork and yoga postures.

If you’re looking for a Yoga Class that is geared towards self massage, stretch and strengthening those tired muscles after a long work week, please RVSP.

If you would like to bring your own props, you can:

• Mat

• Blocks

• Blanket

• Bolster

If you do not have all these props, please make sure you let De Lisa know before the class so she can setup for you.

Model Painting Technique Class with Ben. Learn quick tips and tricks for for painting minis. Only 10 Spots available for this class. Please RSVP to Reserve your figurine.

Story Time Book Party with Cassy Huston. There will be book readings for all kid ages to relax and play. This will be located in the Teahouse to the left when you enter the building. Tea time and stories! Bring your favorite fuzzy socks to get comfy with books and tea. Relax and play with your little ones.

Monday 3/21 from 11am-3pm

Kids Flexibility Class will be taught by our 8 year old daughter Aylora.

She has been so excited to teach her very own class at Happy Acres. She wants to warm things up with a dance party, then go into some flexibility techniques and poses. Then they will most likely run out the rest of their energy either outside on our acre property or in The Fellowship Hall.
